Sign-up for the Zoo Sleepover on Sat, Feb. 7 to Sun, Feb. 8, 2026 in San Antonio 

Join zoo experts for an overnight experience you’ll never forget! Before you roll out your sleeping bag for some Climate-controlled camping, enjoy animal presentations, zoo activities, and a guided flashlight tour of the zoo after dark. In the morning, you’ll discover how the zoo prepares for the day during a short tour and then head to Beastro for a freshly prepared taco breakfast.Pizza dinner, evening snack, and breakfast tacos are included. 

When:  Sat, Feb. 7 (begins at 6:30pm) to Sun, Feb 8 (8:30am ends but can then can go to the zoo until 5pm)

Cost:  $65 per person, will include the zoo entrance and Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast

Who can go:  Attendees must be over 5 years old. Scouts of all ranks accompanied by a parent or designated guardian and all of their family members of all ages. Space is Limited.

SCHEDULE!Day 1 (Sat. Feb 7)
6:30pm – Group Arrival Welcome and Check In
6:40pm – Pizza Dinner
7:20pm – Lesson, Activity, Animal Presentation, Snack
8:30pm – Evening Tour
10:30pm – Get ready for Bed (flexible)  Sleeping Venue: Education Center 

Day 2 (Sun. Feb 8)
6:45am – Wake Up & Pack Up
7:00am – Leave Africa Live! to pack and move cars
7:30am – Taco Breakfast (Beastro)
8:00am – Morning Tour
8:30am – End of Program, Guests can explore zoo until close (5:00 pm)

Educators will be with you from check in at the Education Center at 6:30 pm on 2/7 until the end of the program at 8:30 am the next day to make sure everyone has a fun, educational, and safe overnight.
