Join out and get Poppin Excited about Popcorn Season! Capitol Area Council is having a Popcorn Fair on Saturday, August 6,2022 from 10am-3pm. It’s a Class A event. We are having a Contest to Design a Popcorn Shoulder Patch for all Popcorn Scouts to wear if they sell $500 or more in popcorn!!!
