Please email your completed forms to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:austinpack90@gmail.com\"><\/a><a href=\"mailto:a%75stinpack9%30@gma%69l.%63om\">austinpack90@gmail.com<\/a>.&nbsp;Download at&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scouting.org\/filestore\/HealthSafety\/pdf\/680-001_AB.pdf\">Required medical form<\/a><\/li><li><strong>All adults (18 yrs old and older) attending the campout must take&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scouting.org\/training\/youth-protection\/\">Youth Protection Training<\/a>&nbsp;or have proof of current Youth Protection Training.<\/strong>&nbsp;Once you have taken the training either email or print you certificate to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:austinpack90@gmail.com\"><\/a><a href=\"mailto:au%73tinpack9%30@%67%6dai%6c.c%6fm\">austinpack90@gmail.com<\/a>.
