The overnight stay includes tours of the ship, a movie in the MEGA Theater, bunking in original crew quarters, and an unforgettable flag ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What:<\/strong>\u00a0 USS Lexington Ship Trip<\/li>\n<li><strong>When:<\/strong>\u00a0February 9th, 2019<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where: <\/strong>The\u00a0USS Lexington rests in Corpus Christi Bay, just across the ship channel from downtown Corpus Christi. \u00a02914 N. Shoreline Blvd. \u00a0Corpus Christi, Texas 78402 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/usslexington.com\/visit\/directions-map-how-to-get-to-lex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Map and Directions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> $50 per camper <a title=\"Pack Store\" href=\"https:\/\/pack90austin.org\/?page_id=346\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Signup HERE through Paypal at the Pack store<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants must be at least 5 years of age.\u00a0Camping slots are extremely limited. \u00a0For now we are limiting signups to one adult and one scout (unless you have 2 scouts in the Pack). \u00a0As we get closer to the date and if we have any extra slots we will open the signup to\u00a0siblings\u00a0and other family members. Completed\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scouting.org\/filestore\/HealthSafety\/pdf\/whole.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medical Forms (Part A &amp; B)<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scouting.org\/training\/youth-protection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Youth Protection Training<\/a>\u00a0are needed before attending the event<\/p>\n<h3>What To Bring<\/h3>\n<p>Each person must bring a pillow, sleeping bag, toiletries, towel and flashlight. Insect repellant is advisable.\u00a0Campers are expected to carry sleeping bags and other gear on board (might have to carry up and down stairs\/ladders to sleeping area). Lockers are available in berthing compartments. Each camper should bring a lock to secure his or her valuables and personal belongings Cameras, video cameras and cell phones are allowed; however, There are a few electrical outlets in berthing areas and more are available in the lounge and gameroom. No carry-on food or drink of any kind will be allowed onboard.<\/p>\n<p>All campers are assigned specific berthing compartments and must respect the privacy of other campers. Restroom facilities (heads) include showers. Most berthing compartments are climate controlled; however, when all such areas have been filled, campers may be assigned areas having ventilation only. <strong>Groups will be required to share berthing areas to accommodate males and females separately.Male and female berthing areas are separate.
